Pricing

  • The prices for our products are clearly displayed on the shop pages. Please note that prices may change from time to time without prior notice but will always be clear before you make a purchase.

  • Yes, the price displayed includes delivery within 20kms of our studio in Morningside.

  • We accept online payment through Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and ApplePay.

Pre-Orders

  • Yes, we offer the ability to pre-order our florals for delivery on the day of your choosing.

Delivery

  • Orders placed will arrive on their selected date between 12pm and 6pm.

  • Our drivers will attempt to deliver to the intended recipient. If they are unavailable, we will leave the flowers at the provided address. If it seems unsafe to leave the flowers, we'll contact the sender or recipient to arrange a re-delivery, incurring an additional charge of $15 per re-delivery.

  • For business, school, hospital addresses, we will attempt to deliver to the specified details provided. Flowers may be delivered to the front desk or reception and directed to the recipient from there. We are happy to deliver but cannot take responsibility if they are not collected or delivered from there.

  • Currently, we deliver to addresses in Brisbane QLD and suburbs within a 20km radius of Morningside. Please note that delivery locations may change and will be updated on our website accordingly.

  • We deliver Monday to Friday between 12pm and 6pm, with exceptions on public holidays and during the Christmas, New Year, and Easter periods. Flowers cannot be sent on these days. Orders placed for these periods will be delivered on the next available day.

Refunds & Returns

  • You can communicate your dissatisfaction with us at any time. We may request photos of the original product(s) to assist in understanding the complaint. We will do our best to address the issue and improve our service in the future.
